During that time after World War I, many German people was suffering from hyperinflation due to payments to repay the country dept which result in increased in price for consumer goods, and food riots. After the stock market crashed in the U.S., Adolf Hitler managed to take advantage by getting support for his political party for the next federal election of 1932 which eventually formed the Nazi party. From there, he managed to seize power by becoming the dictator of Germany. For this, he has become the Chancellor of Germany in 1933 where he began the holocausts of the Jews, and also to conquer nation all over Europe.
Italy
During the beginning of WWII, Italy had a huge increase of dept that they had to pay from 93 billion lire(euro) to 405 billion lire. At the time, Italian dictator Benito Mussolini became an axis toward the Germans after he signed the Roman-German Axis treaty where he later also signed the Pact of Steel with German dictator Adolf Hitler on May 1939 in order for their alliance to establish. He knew that declaring war with Great Britain and France with his ally, the Germans would mean conquering a new Roman empire in lands near the Mediterranean sea, North/East Africa, and the Middle east. But, it wasn't until the year June 1940 until he declared war with France and Great Britain. From there, he began much of his invasion in western Europe and North/East of Africa.
Japan
At the uprising of World War II, Japan's Emperor Hirohito took control of a strong country who had to import many natural resources. As the time came, Japan eventually began invading other countries in parts of Southeast Asia to gain more lands for them to import more resources. Being the only small island country meant joining an Axis alliance with Germany and Italy for support by signing a treaty called the Tripartite Pact. During this time, Japan knew that the U.S. was going to take action by preventing them from invading the Southeast Asia. So instead, Japan decided to sink down the US Navy ships near Pearl Harbor, Hawaii to prevent them from attacking Japan. Unfortunately, for Japan, the U.S. began to join the Allies of WWII, which eventually led to their golden opportunity to defeat the Axis alliance like Japan. But, still Japan never gave up hope of fighting off the American soldiers for the patriotism of their country and conquering much land of Southeast Asia like China.

Allies of World War II
United States of America
During the chaotic war going on in western Europe, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt wanted to neutralize America out of war raging between both sides of the Axis and Ally since he knew that this war could lead to the deaths of millions of innocent American soldiers. That changed when Japan warplanes bombed Pearl Harbor, Hawaii damaging 18 warships and destroying 164 aircrafts where over 2,400 civilian lives were lost. Soon after that, President Franklin D. Roosevelt declared war against the nation of Japan. But, the U.S. knew that they were fighting in a globalize war since Japan were allying with Germany, and Italy. But, the U.S. alliance Great Britain and the Soviet Union were also fighting hard against the Axis of Europe with their own military forces. Once the savage war began, the U.S. began recruiting more American soldiers, sailors, marines, and airmen and also began food campaigns. Because of this, millions of Americans were drafted mainly from the age of 18 to 38 where they were trained hard to retain weapons and begin reproductions of ammunition, aircrafts, and navy ships. From this, the golden age of the chaotic holocaust has begun.
Great Britain
Ever since the devastation of WWI, Britain planned to sign the Munich Pact with Germany to prevent another world war. Instead, Germany invaded other countries any way in much of Central Europe since their dictator Adolf Hitler ignored much of the Munich Pact including the invasion of Czechoslovakia. That was when on March 1939, Britain tends to sustain the nation of Poland if the Nazi Party of Germany attacked. But instead, Germany invaded much of the nation of Poland where they secretly divided it up into two separate forces. From there, Great Britain eventually declares war on Germany on September 1939 where they eventually allied with the nation of the U.S. to establish many forms of military support and ammunition.
Soviet Union
During the beginning of WWII, the Soviet Union never had the intention to fight in the war since their army were poorly trained and poorly equipped. Before this devastating war occurred, the Soviet Union and Germany were once an alliance with each other. That wasn't until on January 1939, Adolf Hitler rose to power as the Chancellor of Germany as a leader of the Nazi Party where he began to invade much of Europe. So to prevent an invasion from Germany, the Soviet Union signed the non-aggression pact with Germany on August 1939. Unfortunately, Hitler, dictator of Germany violated the treaty and ordered a surprise attack on June 1941 on the Soviet Union. From there on, the Soviet Union eventually became an enemy of the Axis forces and later joined the Allies.
